La mente che “fascia” il petto – The mind that “bandages” the chest

Lucien Becker imagined his illumination, long, through the gold that is located at the end of an embrace. Ivana was framed sitting, on the steps that lead to a front door. She wears a golden foulard, which wraps the head and goes down into the chest. The front door is “coldly” green, with the beads placed through a geometrism who knows how much oracular or (on the contrary) labyrinthine. We perceive the golden knot on the head (by the foulard) in mental way, with the face that seems detail oriented. Having the finger to browse abstractly, will Ivana be able to read the cards? We link the foulard ironically to a gypsy. But there is also an attempt, made by the arms, to clutch the bust. Will she wonder if she will have to “escape”… from a destiny magically unveiled?

According to Giovanni Falcone, the men pass on, while the ideas remain: with the moral tensions that will be able to “walk” in the Others. The Ludmila’s photography is in black and white. She poses in ¾ and by the head and shoulders. Not too far, we recognize the Old Bridge in the Arno river, in Florence. Although that one is a tourist location, here the model has an expressivity certainly profound. The eyes lower into the void (appearing virtually closed), while on the left side the index finger “beats” on the temple. Will we perceive a bit of “tension”? Exactly the index finger allows the entire body to “walk”, through its transfiguration in the idea that “turns on” the mind. More precisely, it seems to us that the head lowers in the water a “haired… lifeboat”. This one will be specular, in relation to the arcade of the bridge.

According to Georgia O’Keeffe, if we paint a flower using a huge scale, this situation impedes definitively us from ignoring its beauty. Alix posed standing, and for a photography at night. Precisely, she climbs up an urban staircase. The black dress has the flower motifs. We imagine a composition “in andirons”, from the lampposts to the railings. All the hidden intimacy of the flowers “would blossom” through the public illumination. A stoker of the lamppost would function as a stem even animated. The Alix’s body seems popping out, “zigzagging” in perspective against the hill. In this photography, we perceive both “the andiron” for the check pattern (through the railings), and “the spit” for the lantern in tridimensionality (through the lampposts). The purpose is only one: to keep alive the Alix’s beauty, in spite of the night.

According to Romano Bertola, the pipes of an old house sometimes begin to moan, until they “bewitch” like the sirens. We are too much accustomed to use the bath tub or the radiator, so we never recognize where a similar wellness comes from. Through the pipes, our house has a stagnant depth, and at the “mirage” of a sea which echoes, for a “swinging” of the foundations on the walls in the cochlea of a horn. The Giulia’s photography is in black and white. On a big rock, she poses completely naked; however a fishing net clutches a part of her body. On the background, the sea seems quite rough. Easily, the iconography of a beached siren will be valid. However the face was framed in profile, helping the gaze, which abstractly goes away, to allow a “stagnation” for the sex appeal of the naked body. So the fishing net would change in a sort of… floating gutter, with the complicity of the obtuse triangulation of the pose. If the siren has a singing able to bewitch, this happens because she has the necessity to relax herself in a “purification” of the abysses (following a mythology in psychoanalytic type).
