Per Alfonso Gatto, il passato non si lascia andare, mentre si diffonde l’aria calda, la quale ferma gli oleandri lungo il mare, facendo “soffiare” un aroma di mandorle e cialde, rispettivamente dalle foglie e dai fiori. Qui il mezzobusto di Martina appare con le braccia ad… “impiantarsi”, sul lato inferiore del quadro fotografico. Lei ci sorride apertamente, in una giornata soleggiata. Lungo il viottolo, le aiuole hanno gli oleandri in fiore. Forse le braccia “ramificanti” potranno sbocciare, attraverso i pois, ma astrattamente, in un “aroma” più riposante che solleticante di “lune piene”. Nel mezzo, si percepirebbe la “cialda” tramontante delle lenti. Il vestito di Martina ha una tonalità lucidamente marina.

According to Alfonso Gatto, the past does not let itself go, while the warm air spreads out, stopping the oleanders along the sea, allowing the “puff” of an aroma from almonds and waffles, respectively from the leaves and the flowers. Here the head and shoulders of Martina appear with the arms that are… “planting” themselves, on the lower side of the photo frame. She smiles openly at us, in a sunny day. Along the lane, the flowerbeds have the oleanders with the flowers. Perhaps the “ramifying” arms could blossom, through the polka dots, however abstractly, with an “aroma” more relaxing than tickling of “full moons”. In the middle, we would perceive a setting “waffle” of the lenses. The dress of Martina has a tone lucidly marine.
