Per il filosofo Barthes, il senso del gusto funzionerebbe tramite un “approccio” multiplo e successivo. Col tatto spesso non ci serve palpare. Il gusto soltanto approccia. Esso neppure palpa, ma entra per poi uscire, rispettando la cadenza d’un “accavallamento”. Per Barthes, chi gusta avrebbe letteralmente un “contrappunto”… sulla lingua. Emilia è seduta, in giardino, ad un party. Non conosciamo l’ingrediente del suo drink, ma certo la cannuccia manca “l’attracco” ai denti. Emilia sorride, per cui la bocca rispetterà la cadenza d’un “accavallamento”. Stuzzicando la guancia, la cannuccia si farà sorseggiare dalla lingua che schiocchi, per la delizia del momento. Qualcosa da percepire addirittura in contrappunto, se il bicchiere avesse i cubetti di ghiaccio… Sopra la spalla destra, ci piace immaginare che l’abito si configuri come una sorta di metronomo. Almeno la cannuccia sarebbe pendolare.

According to philosopher Barthes, the sense of taste would function through a multiple and subsequent “approach”. By the touch often for us is not necessary to palpate. The taste only approaches. It neither palpates, but it enters and then exit, respecting the cadence of an “overlapping”. According to Barthes, somebody who tastes would literally have a “counterpoint”… on the tongue. Emilia is sitting, in the garden, during a party. We don’t know the ingredient of her drink, but certainly the straw is lacking of “the docking” on the teeth. Emilia smiles, so the mouth will respect the cadence of an “overlapping”. Picking at the cheek, the straw will be sipped by a tongue which snaps, for the delight of the moment. Something that we have to perceive even in counterpoint, if the glass has the ice cubes… Over the right shoulder, we like imagining that the dress is configured as a sort of metronome. At least the straw would be pendular.

Il fotografo Riccardo Rizzetto proviene da Bassano del Grappa (VI). Egli frequenta la facoltà d’Architettura, allo I.U.A.V. di Venezia. Negli ultimi mesi, Riccardo ha studiato Interior styling for photography and advertising, a Londra (con l’idea di ritornarci, nel 2016). Egli scatta per eventi, prodotti da vendere, storytelling, sfilate. Fra i marchi più noti che hanno richiesto le fotografie di Riccardo, citiamo Rene Caovilla e Luisa Beccaria.
