Per il filosofo Proclo, liricamente ogni ente del mondo avrebbe dovuto “pregare” l’Uno, ma in modo diverso (ed in specie a seconda del proprio “rango”). Ad esempio, noi possiamo percepire l’eliotropismo dei fiori. Qualcosa che per Proclo facilmente si spiritualizzerà. Quando un ente si muove, noi possiamo assegnargli una certa libertà. Allora, piace che nei fiori ciò accada in riferimento al Sole. Il movimento della rotazione sembra il più “solenne” da percepire, nella perfezione per cui gli manchino i “limiti” dell’inquadramento. L’eliotropismo per Proclo simboleggerà la volontà d’una “preghiera”. Il fiore avrà una corolla solennemente aperta “nella corale” di se stessa, “inneggiando” al Sole. La modella Elena giace nel prato. Lei abbraccia un bouquet di fiori. I loro fusti si vedranno in simmetria con le dita allargate. Noi immaginiamo che il braccio sinistro possa ruotare, dialetticamente, nel suo “sventagliarsi” contro il bouquet. Chi prega, simbolicamente “giace” al cospetto di Dio. Qui il volto di Elena è stato tagliato, accrescendo così la percezione “sognante” degli occhi chiusi. La fotografia di Monia ha toni pallidamente soffusi. Percepiamo che Elena vesta nel “selenotropismo” di sé. Il bouquet avrà una configurazione “a luna crescente”. Elena dovrà addormentare il suo corpo. Come nella preghiera, quello subirebbe dolcemente ma freddamente la trasfigurazione, quasi svolazzando (fra la “sventagliata” del braccio sinistro col bouquet) verso l’Uno spirituale.

According to philosopher Proclus, lyrically every being of the world should have “begged” the One, but in a different way (and especially depending on the own “rank”). For example, we can perceive the heliotropism of the flowers. Something that according to Proclus will easily spiritualize itself. When a being moves, we can assign to it some freedom. So, we like that this situation happens for the flowers with regard to the Sun. The movement of a rotation seems the most “solemn” that we have to perceive, in the perfection for which it is lacking of the “limits” of a framing. According to Proclus, the heliotropism will symbolize the will of a “prayer”. The flower will have a corolla solemnly open “in the choral” of itself, “in praise of” the Sun. The model Elena lies on the lawn. She embraces a bouquet of flowers. Their trunks will be seen in symmetry with the stretched fingers. We imagine that the left arm can rotate, dialectically, in its “fanning” against the bouquet. Somebody who begs, symbolically “lies” in the sight of God. Here the Elena’s face was cut, so increasing a “dreamy” perception of the closed eyes. The Monia’s photography has tones palely suffused. We perceive that Elena clothes in the “selenotropism” of herself. The bouquet will have a configuration “at waxing moon”. Elena will have to anesthetize her body. This one, like in a prayer, would suffer sweetly but coldly a transfiguration, almost fluttering about (between a “fanning” left arm by the bouquet) into the spiritual One.
