Per Emily Dickinson, l’autunno può stemperare tutta la calura estiva. Così il mattino diventa docile, la noce diventa marrone, la bacca diventa paffuta ecc… Persa la “sfrenatezza” del caldo, la natura quasi si metterebbe in ghingheri. Essa “appesantirà” la propria presenza. La bellezza autunnale è docile, marrone e paffuta laddove noi la percepiamo a “rientrare continuamente” in se stessa. Di contro, la calura estiva ci avrebbe spinto a “sbocciare” (anche spogliandosi). In autunno, l’acero per la poetessa indosserebbe una sciarpa “più vistosa”. Là, conta ovviamente l’accartocciarsi delle foglie. La fotografia di Ekaterina ha toni di tipo “invernale” (fra il grigio ed il celeste). Sui capelli pare che cadano i primi fiocchi di neve. Il viso di Ekaterina è abbastanza “paffuto”, e l’espressività degli occhi un po’ “assonnati” guadagna in docilità. I capelli hanno una tonalità bruna. La sciarpa intorno al collo sembra “ad accartocciarsi”. Guardata insieme ai capelli, quella forse riconfigura “una grande foglia d’acero”.

 
According to Emily Dickinson, the autumn can temper all the muggy weather in the summer. So the morning becomes meek, the nut becomes brown, the berry becomes plump etc… Losing the “wildness” of the hot, nature almost overdresses. It “will make heavier” its presence. The autumn beauty is meek, brown and plump if we perceive it “continually” reentering on itself. Contrary, the muggy weather in the summer would have driven us to “blossom” (also undressing). In autumn, according to the poetess a maple would wear a “gayer” scarf. There, of course the leaves in shrivelling up is important. The photography of Ekaterina has tones typical of “autumn” (between the grey and the sky blue). On the hair, it seems that the first snowflakes fall. The Ekaterina’s face is quite “chubby”, and the expressiveness of the eyes (a bit “drowsy”) gains a meekness. Hair have a brunette tone. A scarf around the neck seems “shrivelling up”. We can see it together the hair, so reconfiguring there “a great maple leaf”.
